1. When to Return: For all the CRYSTALMOTIF bracelets we offer a ‘7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the bracelets purchased at crystalmotif.com. You have 7 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s).2. Condition Matters: Please make sure the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
3. PS:Customized bracelets according to the buyer's requirements are not eligible for return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
