Return Conditions

1. When to Return: For all the CRYSTALMOTIF bracelets we offer a ‘7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the bracelets purchased at crystalmotif.com. You have 7 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s).
2. Condition Matters: Please make sure the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
3. PS:Customized bracelets according to the buyer's requirements are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service via whatsapp:+86 19120094934, providing your order number and reason for return.
2. Obtain Return Authorization: After review, we will provide you with a return authorization and the return address.
3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item, include your order number, and ship it back using a reliable courier service within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
